This Safari will start off with a journey to the beautiful Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley which offers spectacular views. On arrival at the Masai Mara Park, we will spend our time in search of the wildlife that makes this one of Africa's premier safari destinations. The Masai Mara is especially famous for its large cat population and also the fact that it plays an integral role in the Wildebeest Migration, wildlife spectacular like none other on earth.

The scenic and wildlife adventure of this short Masai Mara Camping Safari ends back in Nairobi on the last day.

3 Days 2 Nights Kenya Budget Masai Mara /Balloon Short Safari Itinerary.

Day 1 Nairobi to Masai Mara Kenya.

This budget Kenya safari starts with a pick up from the Airport Jomo Kenyatta International or from Hotel departing from Nairobi at 08:00 am and drive down the escarpment via the floor of the scenic Great Rift Valley to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley. Continue to Narok a small Masaai town then to Masai Mara for lunch at the Camp followed by an exciting game drive in Maasai Mara game Reserve Kenya’s top Safari destinations viewing the many animals that inhabit this unique game reserve return from the first venture into Mara to the camp for dinner and relax in the canvas under the stars falling asleep to the sounds of the bush in Mara..masai

Day 2 Safari With Balloon Flight in Masai Mara Kenya.

Get picked up from your camp or lodge at around 5 am to drive you to the launch site. You will arrive at the launch site by 6am and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while you watch the balloons being prepared for take-off. You will then meet your pilot, who will give you a safety briefing as well as explain what you can expect during your flight. There are basic toilet facilities available at the launch site.

You will then be loaded into your balloon basket for take-off just before sunrise, at about 6:30am. The flight will last approximately one hour, depending on weather wind conditions, and the balloon will land between 7:30 and 7:45 am. You can learn more about what you will see here.

Upon landing, you can observe the complete deflation of the balloon envelope. Our vehicles will then transport you a short distance for breakfast.

Our breakfast is set up on the picturesque savannah plains of the Masai  Mara reserve, typically under the shade of a single acacia tree. You will sit down to a full bush breakfast.

After breakfast you continue with your days game viewing as you explore Masai Mara reserve

in search of the Africa’s Big Five with abundant wildlife inhabiting the reserve with its exceptional scenic beauty. This game reserve is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here although July, August and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, and there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve lunch is served in the park then return to Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 Masai Mara to Nairobi Kenya.

Depart from camp for an early morning game drive in Masai Mara reserve followed by late breakfast then departure for Nairobi stopping briefly for the breath-taking panoramic views of the rift valley and adjacent landforms lunch en route. This Memorable 3 Day Budget Masai Mara Camping Safari ends upon arrival back in Nairobi at about 15.30 hrs. with sweet memories.
